How We Do It Each day is a finely crafted balance of fitness and fun, with lots of rest and recovery.

- Getting Here: Airport/City location pick up
- Grounding: Melt those travel knots with a warm bamboo massage overlooking your private pool
- Intros: Meet and Greet with Sarah and your Iron Nomads team of Specialists
- Sweat: Sunset HIIT session
- Dinner & Chill: BBQ served by your in villa chef
Day 2
- Rise and Shine: Greet the sun with some Strength & Conditioning
- Breakfast: All your macros served up on a delicious breakfast platter
- Pool & Chill: Need we say more?!
- Brain Train: Wellness Seminar; topic of the day
- Lunch: Food glorious food and plenty of it
- R&R: Dynamic yoga flow and intention-setting guided meditation
- Dinner: Healthy, delicious, and balanced in how we serve up all your meals
Day 3

- Rise and Shine: Training Muay Thai with our two-time WMC champion
- Breakfast: The most important meal of the day
- Ice Bath & Herbal Sauna: We travel to the stunning Cocoon for plenty of R&R
- Lunch: Keeping it light and fresh to compliment the detoxification of your ice bath and sauna
- HIIT: Work up an appetite for dinner
- Dinner: Healthy, delicious & balanced in how we serve up all your meals
Day 4

- Early Rise: Travel up Doi Pui to start a trail walk with the MOST epic view
- Trail Walk: A nice, fresh 40 min walk immersed in the jungle of Chiang Mai
- Meditation: A guided gratitude practice grounded in nature
- Breakfast: We stay mountain top for a picnic breakfast
- Heading home: Once we come down the mountains it is time for airport drop off and goodbyes.

- Breakfast: Protein station | Local Coffee | Colors of the rainbow buffet
- Pool & Chill: Could be a great time to also book in some 1-2-1 with any of our coaches
- Brain Train: Educational seminar ; All things recovery
- Lunch: Daily specials | Veg & Non Veg | Fresh health shots
- R&R: Mobility specifically focused on overworked muscles and joints
- HIIT: HIIT it, don’t quit it as we leave everything on the mat with this high intensity interval sesh
Day 6

- Rise and Grind: Start the weekend with Strength & Conditioning
- Breakfast: Protein station | Local Coffee | Colors of the rainbow buffet
- Pool & Chill: Werk those tan lines
- Brain Train: Educational seminar ; Topic of the day with our world- class coaches
- Lunch: Daily specials | Veg & Non Veg | Fresh health shots
- R&R: Yoga Nidra to calm the nervous system
- Run: Last chance to pound the pavements of stunning Chiang Mai
Day 7
- Rise and Shine: Stretch it out with morning mobility
- Jungle Hike: We transport you to another world on this jungle trek to a majestic waterfall
- Socials: Enjoy a final evening with your crew of dinner, drinks and divilment . We start the evening with dinner and drinks, followed by a ringside seat at a traditional Muay Thai fight and rounded out with the most spectacular drag show cabaret you have EVER seen
Day 8
- Breakfast: Final feast in foodie paradise
- Departure: Airport transport, Goodbyes, shed a few tears and post a bunch of hot snaps on your IG as you book your next escape with us. Iron Nomads For Life!
