Our team of international coaches and experts guide you through epic strength & conditioning workouts to smash your goals. We serve up the FINEST workouts which focus on form, foot-to-floor sessions, and fun in equal measures.

Real Recovery

From sweaty sunrise workouts to scenic sunset runs, Iron Nomads keeps you moving. That’s why we take recovery seriously. So serious that we offer a full recovery session EVERY day. Our daily recovery sessions include mobility, yoga, meditation, breathwork, ice baths, and ancient sound healing sessions.

Muay Thai

While kick-ass workouts are a core element of Iron Nomads retreats, it would be sacrilege to bring you all the way to Thailand and not get you in some Muay Thai gloves. Especially when one of the coaches is a two-time WMC Champion. Not only will you get a chance to kick ass in the ring, but Iron Nomads will also bring you ringside to an authentic Muay Thai fight. This ancient sport is also known as Thai boxing and is a core part of Thai culture.

Unique Adventure

Getting out into the magical mountains and waterfalls of Chiang Mai is all part and parcel of the Iron Nomads’ experience. We take you off the beaten track and into the tropical jungles of Northern Thailand for an unforgettable day. Don’t forget to pack your camera and your sunscreen!!!!

It’s a family thing! With a maximum of 10 people in each retreat, your escape is personalized AF. We chose this number for a reason – maximum community vibes while reaping the benefits of 1-to-1 coaching. You’ll create a small supportive fam that spreads this magic exponentially.
