Really enjoyed my retreat at Iron Nomads, already planning when I can get back there again in 2023. I love lifting weights, but I had never been to a fitness retreat before. It was such a wonderful mix of different classes, relaxing, eating healthy tasty food, and all while making new friends in a beautiful location. I miss that pool so much, and even the ice baths. Thanks to all the team for making me feel so welcome.
After going to the Iron Nomads retreat, I left feeling amazing! It was so fun to be able to connect with other people on my vacation. I would recommend it 100 times over, can’t wait to go back!

I had such a wonderful time at the 4-day retreat with Iron Nomads. Having given birth earlier this year and not exercised in forever, I was hesitant to go on a fitness retreat and didn’t know if I could handle it. However, all the activities were tailored individually, and I came out of the retreat feeling strong and excited to restart my fitness and wellness journey. Thank you, Sarah, for organizing such a great experience for a post-partum mom!
This was my first ever fitness retreat and it was great. Beginners should not be put off. Perfect classes/workouts for every level, amazing people and community, excellent food, and to top it off you’re in the stunning Chiang Mai… I had an awesome time and already planning the next one. Thank YOU, Sarah and all the people, at Iron Nomads.
Thank you, Iron Nomads, for a great experience. Sarah, the host, was professional and incredibly welcoming – she seems to really enjoy what she does and is there to make your experience one to remember. The resort is beautiful, with large bedrooms and a fantastic pool to relax in. We particularly loved the resort grounds with all the fruit trees and exercise areas. The trainers are really focused on getting the best out of you. I really enjoyed working out hard in the morning and then stretching it out with some mindful yoga, followed by pool time. My husband really enjoyed the morning workout, followed by a run. Overall, a really good experience and we would recommend.
I had all I could have asked for fitness retreat experience with Iron Nomads. I knew I would enjoy it because I loved the concept when Sarah told me about it and because of the magical places where it was happening. But I got more than I expected. I met great coaches, new friends. Felt supported and motivated. Found myself doing more than I could imagine. I didn’t work out for months before the retreat and it was painful (especially the week after). BUT so much WORTH IT ! I felt so amazing and alive it motivated me to go back on a fitness routine. Thank you so much Iron Nomads team and the great community !!! And congratulations Sarah for creating this amazing retreat!
Iron Nomads was the most amazing experience I’ve done for myself. I am new to the fitness world, so I was very nervous and hesitant when signing up. Sarah (owner) could not have been more supportive and understanding. She made me feel so comfortable and answered my 1 million questions. I really felt like she personalized the experience and got to know me. I have a knee injury that I was worried about, but she and the coaches worked with me and taught me some great work arounds. Between the delicious food, informative seminars/workouts, and AWESOME location I had a blast! I can’t wait to return next year!!!
My favourite fitness retreat at my favourite Thailand Destination, Chiang Mai. A perfect balance of serious training, relaxation, and banter. Highly recommended.
