Social Media Assistant​

The role of the Social Media Assistant in Iron Nomads is to oversee the platforms Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role involves liaising with the Director weekly to strategize the overarching plan, create pre-approved content, and post on all aforementioned platforms. The suitable candidate for this role is self-motivated, organized and creative. Awareness of social media trends and the understanding and ability to execute the social media of Iron Nomads in alignment with trends while remaining true to the company branding is a key part of this role. Excellent spoken and written English is a must, however all content will be signed off by the Director, so do not let this hold you back from applying.

Social Media Assistant Responsibilities

• Plan social media strategy with Director
• Weekly meeting in which we achieve the following-
  
  • Discuss weekly posts on all platforms and ongoing campaigns
  • Outline the content that needs to be created for upcoming week
  • Run through quarterly campaigns
  • Discuss upcoming retreats and events
  • Review previous retreats and events
• Manage TikTok account
  
  • Create and post pre-approved content
  • Check all posts for typos
  • Increase followers
  • Attend events and retreats to capture content
• Manage Instagram account
  
  • Create and post pre-approved content
  • Check all posts for typos
  • Increase followers
  • Execute any campaigns agreed in weekly meetings
  • Attend events and retreats to capture content
• Manage Facebook account
  
  • Create events for retreats and IN events
  • Create and post pre-approved content
  • Check all posts for typos

Package Details

Hours required: 30 hours per week.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Renumeration: Based on experience.

Location: Must be based in Chiang Mai.
